Eva Keogh is Global Congress Program Manager, professional multitasker, and seasoned industry professional thriving in the rapid pace of brand experiences. Learn how her positive mindset has enabled her to grow in experience in work, life, and spirit.

What superpower do you bring to work?

I am a professional multitasker. I always have different projects going and I am good at keeping all the balls in the air whilst communicating the game plan to the wider team. I have used this “power” extensively in both my private and professional life when building long-lasting relationships.

How do you refine and sharpen your skills?

My years as an event logistics manager with ever-changing teams and clients have kept me on my toes.

I am always willing to learn, take on new ways of working, and see challenges as new opportunities to grow.

What excites you about your work and our industry?

I love that no day in the office is the same. I might have an overall idea of how my day will go, but that can change within the first half an hour of sitting down.

I also love the wide range of people and cultures I get to work with on a daily basis.

What’s the coolest thing you’ve done or place you’ve visited?

Working in this industry has enabled me to travel the world whilst making lifelong friends along the way.

What’s an interesting fact that people may be surprised to learn about you?

During my first job interview, I had to complete a German language test, and even though German is my first language, the test was written by a non-native speaker. I might have gotten my break in the industry by pure luck.
