What superpower do you bring to work?
Empathy towards my clients because I came from their side of the business. As the saying goes, I've walked a mile in their shoes.
How do you refine and sharpen your skills?
Anticipate, plan, anticipate. Do.
What excites you about your work and our industry?
It thrills me to be involved with our clients' marketing initiatives. We wear our clients' brand as our own, so when they're successful, I'm happy.
This industry is like none other and coming back stronger than ever since the pandemic. It's amazing.
What’s the coolest thing you’ve done or place you’ve visited?
Coolest place I visited was Japan. I lived there for a year—a long time ago. The culture in Japan is quite different than in the United States, and I felt totally at ease.

What’s an interesting fact that people may be surprised to learn about you?
People are surprised when they find out I'm an introvert by nature, and a trained extrovert when at work.
Although I've been with Spiro over 18 years, a career in this industry was completely unintentional. My first love was commercial art.
