Meet Spiro·naut Mindy Euphosin, Associate Creative Director, and hear how a small Minnesota dairy farm fueled an outstanding work ethic, inspiration from “Project Runway” when it comes to being resourceful, and how she applies the trends around her to all aspects of life and client solutions.

What superpower do you bring to work?
I bring my dedication and passion for creating experiences that others get excited to participate in.
How do you refine and sharpen your skills?
Noticing the trends around me and continuing to explore ways to apply them to my life and work.
What excites you about your work and our industry?
From start to finish, I love being a part of the process that brings experiences to life.
What’s the coolest thing you’ve done or place you’ve visited?
Recently, I had the chance to witness the Northern Lights during a solar storm in northern Minnesota. I'd seen the faint green glow on the horizon before, but this was a show unlike anything I'd never seen.
Cyan, green and faint purple danced across the sky under the Big Dipper. It only lasted about five minutes, but I'll never forget what I saw that night.
What makes Spiro stand out from other agencies?
Spiro's amazing and supportive community is what differentiates us. I can come to any group on our team and I'll always get an answer, a meme and the support I need.
What’s an interesting fact that people may be surprised to learn about you?
I grew up on a small dairy farm in Minnesota that has been run by my family for generations. This is where my dedication and work ethic was developed. This can be seen throughout my tenure at Spiro, GES and Exhibitgroup/Giltspur.
I've had the pleasure of working across many different disciplines, creating experiences that incorporated unique creative projects that required fluffing paper flowers, sewing invitations, scenting paper, wrapping chocolate bars and lots of hot glue sticks. All to create the best experiences possible!
What are some of your favorite pastimes or hobbies?
I love cooking and experimenting with new recipes, gardening, photography, staying active, finding new music, snuggling with my mini dachshund, and spending time on Minnesota's North shore with family and friends.
Got an inspiring quotation to share?
The quote that I live by is, "Make it work,” said by Tim Gunn from Project Runway.
Deadlines are always short, images are never a high enough resolution, sometimes we are asked to make something out of nothing—and this is when we have to be creative and think outside of the box to make it work. The challenge is motivating!
