Attending “The Queen’s Ball”: A Spiro•nod to a “Bridgerton” Experience

Netflix just released Shondaland’s “Bridgerton” spin-off, “Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story,” and as fans are binge-watching the latest, we’re giving a Spiro•nod to an experience that meets people THERE.

(A Spiro•nod is our way of “tipping our hat” to a great event or experience.)

The Queen’s Ball: A Bridgerton Experience is an immersive live show that is touring to select cities around the world, including its current location, New York City. Shonda Rhimes & several of the show’s cast recently surprised participants at the show, but even without a star-studded appearance, fans get the royal treatment as they’re immersed in the Regency-era world of the hit series.

Netflix and Shondaland brings the “The Queens Ball: A Bridgerton Experience” to New York; a magnificent ball with specialty cocktails, music, dancing, and flourishing romance offering the fans the chance to live out their dreams of attending a lavish ball in the regency-style of the hit show.

Transporting guests to 1813 London, the experience starts by inviting participants to enter a lavish ballroom where they enjoy specialty cocktails, interact with royal guards, enjoy live orchestral music & compete for the Queen’s attention on the dance floor as she is on the lookout for the Diamond of the Evening.

Guests are treated to surprises & interactive moments that keep them on their toes throughout the experience, through learning new regency dance steps, character engagement, an over-the-top show & a popular photo booth that transforms people’s selfies into Renaissance-style portraits, offering participants access through a digital canvas & a QR code.

We love how this experience meets fans beyond living rooms, creating an ARL™ (All Real Life) experience that transports attendees into the world of “Bridgerton”—and all the royalty, romance and drama that comes with it.
